Insurance
Our practitioners are preferred providers for most major insurance companies. We will bill your insurance company, PIP (auto insurance), or L&I (work injury claim). Third party claims are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Direct Payment
Direct payment (cash, checks, credit cards) is always accepted should that method work best for you.

Primary Care Provider
We are happy to establish a close working relationship with your primary care provider to help you reach your highest level of wellness with a coordinated effort.

Cancellation Policy
Patients are required to give 24 hour notice if unable to keep an appointment. The fee for a missed appointment is $65.
